The batteries match the description and arrived with a 15% charge, which may have been affected by the winter cold, but the capacity at a discharge of 0.5 amperes showed an honest 7000 mAh. I bought 24 pieces to assemble a battery pack; only 2 batteries met the requirements, but I think the rest will be in the same range.
