The box arrived visibly damaged, clearly indicating that the item had fallen or been mishandled. Because of this, i cannot know what internal damage the motor mechanism may have suffered.
More importantly, the product has rust on several parts, as shown in the photos. Even if the item had previously been used, it should not have rusted. The product was advertised as stainless steel, yet the item i received was already rusty straight out of the package.
Additionally, i was informed that if i return the item, i would have to pay the return shipping cost, which is completely unacceptable. The product was sent to me in a defective condition, and i should not be responsible for any shipping fees caused by this error.
