I contacted them for a return, but unfortunately the fees are the responsibility of the customer. There may or may not be a refund depending on their decision when inspecting the product. 4.open neye app choose to add the device by hotspot(second option after sonic)
4. Iam using 4g wireless router, ssd name will appear put password.
