Shopping Instructions
1. Non-quality issues: If there is no quality problem, contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product to register. If you don’t like it, ordered too many, ordered the wrong item, or want to exchange it, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
2. Quality issues: If there is a quality problem, take a video as evidence including the outer box label and the actual product within 24 hours of receiving the product, then contact customer service to register and apply for a return and refund. Returns and refunds outside the 7-day no-reason period will not be accepted.
3. Regarding damaged outer boxes: If the courier outer box is damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Take photos and contact customer service for proof, we will compensate you for missing items!
4. Regarding size: Sizes are measured manually. Due to different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of about 1 cm. Please refer to the size chart according to your usual preferences!
