   I ordered a shelf for the child. Received the shelves at the post office in a cardboard package. At home, when I opened the package, it turned out that two shelves were damaged during shipping (one badly, the other less). I requested a refund of half the purchase price - the money was returned to my card the next day. In this regard, it's normal service.
   How durable the purchase will be is still unknown.
