Because they looked good i ordered xl. These only just fit but are otherwise excellent
They fit a bit tight. Based on the chart, I took them, but perhaps I should have taken a size larger. They are fine, but it's very difficult to remove them, they are adhesive.
I have already used them for eight MTB rides and the grip is good and the gel lasts well.
Good breathability
