I am 1.79m tall and got the size P(S), and it fit very well. The sleeve was just right at the wrist, even a little above the hand. It was loose on the body, but an ideal loose fit, not oversized. As for the length, it was a bit above the waist; if you prefer it longer, I recommend getting size M. The quality is amazing. I recommend it.
