Q : Does it support 5G WIFI ?
A : Only Support 2.4G WIFI
Q : How should I do if failed to connect the camera and mobile?
A : 1. Please make sure the camera and mobile is in the same router;
2. Please check the router have the DHCP function enabled, and Connected WIFI;
3. Please make sure the WIFI signal is strong enough at the camera location, higher than 3 cells is much better;
4. If there is no problem mentioned above, but still not work. Please use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 10s to reset the camera before connecting the camera, and wait 5-8s you will hear “Camera starting up” then try to connect the WIFI again.
Q: What if the camera doesn’t start and there is no volume indicator light?
A: Please replace the 5V2A power supply and try again
Q : Why I can’t get the notifications on my phone?

The cameras are amazing. I bought it for video surveillance of an apartment where I don’t live, so that I can remotely release air from the hot water pipe. We needed a PTZ camera capable of working on a low-speed mobile internet. Met all expectations. A very good encoder, I understand that it’s H.264, minimal traffic, tens of kilobytes per second maximum. There are two quality modes SD/HD, it’s simply excellent. In SD mode, the traffic is simply ridiculous. In idle mode (when not using the app), it consumes almost no data. The night mode is also excellent. There is a curtain that lowers and the camera sees at night as clearly as it does during the day. Two cameras consume 1.4 A in night mode and 0.7 A in day mode. I ordered five more while they are cheap. The only downsides are a weak microphone and a very expensive subscription. Unrealistically expensive, I would say. I don’t need it, but I took a look there.

Great starter camera, excellent price performance and easy to set up. I confirm the 5mp version captures images at 2880 x 1616, which is correct (it’s actually 4.66 mp rounded up, which is common in the marketing of these cameras). Images are not super detailed but clear enough for a good basic starter camera. Night vision works very well, but note that it is not easy to capture images through windows due to reflection. The app and video feed works fine for me, very stable. Images and recordings can be saved through the app (no need to sign up to cloud services). Everything is great, recommended! 👍🏻

Okay so i got the product, tested it and i didnt have high expectations for this price but man i am almost shocked what this stuff is capable of. Tuya app works smooth with the camera and the camera itself is fantastic for the price. Motion tracking, motion alert, etc. Everything works.
