Arrived pretty well packed and damage free. ( ddr3, 2 x 8mb 1600mhz )upgraded from 8mb total to 16mb and a noticeable difference in all functions. Switched computer off, took case off, popped the old out and new in, case back on and powered up. System recognised the change and hit f1 to reconfigure the system, then all fired up and running great. Fully recommended product and worthwhile upgrade. Lid is back on so stock photos but exactly as pictured.
