For me as a regular aliexpress buyer, its an absolute no go to blame the customer for the mishaps that are in the sellers responsibility (like packing and the shipping process). The store now blocked me from buying their products. That only further proofs their unprofessional customer service despite their good value batteries.
The battery itself if ok, the internal resistance at around 2.5mohms per cell indicate a real c value of 35 instead of the 70c it claims to be. But other brands also exaggerate their c ratings, often even much more severe than cnhl does.
I still hope someone representative of cnhl contacts me to apologize for all the rudeness i had to experience.
