This is my first UV printer and I have absolutely no experience. First, I would receive a better offer and I could purchase an A3 printer quite cheaply instead of A4. Installation was not optimal, I have contacted support. The Alice from Support logged into my account through Support Software and patiently explained and installed everything for me for an hour. Until the test print. I can only recommend it, everything from device to support has exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to the team for that.
