   I really liked the chair; it has good materials for its price, it assembles quickly and is very adjustable and comfortable. I am 190cm tall and weigh 95kg and work 8 hours a day; I don't feel uncomfortable in it. The backrest adjusts as you want in terms of tilt, the fabric is comfortable and cool, the seat is large and fluffy, it molds to your body, it's a dense sponge; let's hope it remains just as firm over time.
   
   I do not give 5 stars for the after-sales service, it arrived with a broken armrest, it cannot be adjusted in height and always stays low. I have tried to contact the seller to send me a new one, showing through images and video that it is broken, and the only solution they have given me is to disassemble the product again, repack it, and take it to a center to return it. I want to keep the product but with its functionalities at 100%. And no, I don't want to go through that return process since it seems very cumbersome for just an armrest... a shame.
