These DDR3 modules were immediately recognized by the BIOS. They have been successfully tested with Memtest86. They work perfectly. The price can make you a little suspicious. It appears to be genuine Samsung memory chips (possibly reused). The module was not manufactured by Samsung according to me (the PCB does not have the Samsung marking). I didn't expect anything else for the requested price. To upgrade the RAM of an old PC to 16GB or 32GB for a very low price, it's perfect.

The only problem is that on the front label it is not marked what type of memory it is (DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, etc.). ), just like in the general rear print (the one for sale, which mentions everything that the sales advertisement states). The problem is that the stamp fixed in the memory says PC3 12800u which seems to not correspond to the type and frequency of memory I requested. Of course, the camera immediately identifies the barcode on the packaging as an original Samsung product. I won't know if the memory is the appropriate and requested type until I install it in the computer. As soon as I do it, I will comment on the result.

Shipping was fast like the last order, booted no problem even though it's a low voltage 1.35v 1866mhz module instead of the usual 1333mhz/1600mhz, in a pre built pc with only 2 ram slots which these 8gb sticks are great for. I'm considering even getting more to upgrade older systems because going from 8gb to 16gb feels snappier especially at the very low price point.

I bought the faster 1866mhz ram because it is the same price so why not as buy faster ram since it will run at the lower speed your motherboard supports. Great value for brand new real samsung 8gb stick of ram. Would buy again for sure
