The packaging arrives broken and the ladder is scratched but it works properly. The product is very stable and easy to use, although a bit heavy and it is made of aluminum.

It is sturdy and seems of quality. The only defect I see is that when folded, it doesn’t have a safety clip to prevent it from lifting up; it only has Velcro that holds it all together, but for the price, it’s quite good. I love it.

everything is fine. but the only downside is that they leave the package in front of the gate. and my wife who stayed at home because of the correct message given by DHL that it would arrive today between 10:00 and 15:00, the courier, I repeat, left the package in front of the gate without at least bringing it to the entrance of the building. since there are 4 buildings all together and anyone could take it away. Apart from the courier, everything else was truly excellent. both for the scale and I highly recommend it, as well as the speed with which it arrived.
I repeat, the only thing that disgusts me is the courier as I am immobile in bed with a leg immobilized. and the weight of the ladder my wife had to carry about thirty meters with the package that should have been delivered not at home but at least in the lobby of the building.

The cardboard itself has already seen quite a bit. But the ladder is intact. Unpacked, raised to 2.5 m. Went upstairs. Shakes really well.
Jumped onto the penultimate step, wobbled back and forth. Holds.
Fortunately, I use the ladder 2-3 times a year.
For constant use, I would recommend something more stable.
