Under load, the voltage drops to 11.7v. The power supply itself is VERY light, as if there is nothing inside. This indicates a very simple and cheap component base. We will see how long it lasts.

Nice product. Runs quiet when idle or powering the leds. Some other power supplies tend to produce a high pitch noise, but not this one. The only downside is the high power led which might be a bit annoying
