How to Use
1.Please keep a cooling tank (barrel) of more than 0.18 gal. First, connect the heater body and the water pump with a silicone hose. Place the water pump in the cooling bucket, connect the power supply of the pump, and wait for the water to circulate out.
2.Connect the temperature regulator with the hot bender and connect it to a 220-240V power supply. Adjust the knob of the temperature regulator. The clockwise direction is to raise the temperature, and vice versa. When adjusting, it is not appropriate to rotate too fast to avoid damaging the thermostat.
3.When the heating pipe reaches the required temperature, it can place the plastic sheet which needs to be hot-bended on the heating trough. When the sheet is soft enough to be folded manually, it can bend at various angles. According to the different materials, the setting time is different. Please determine the setting time according to the actual situation.

Notes
1.Before use, please check whether the heating tank is covered with debris and remove it from the heating tank.
2.Please connect the power supply of the cooling water pump and ensure that the water circulation is normal. Please prevent water shortage.
3.Please connect the heating power supply and slowly adjust the temperature adjustment knob to the appropriate scale until the heating wire turns red.
4.After use, firstly unplug the heating power plug, and then unplug the water pump power plug after about 3 minutes (until the water temperature drops slightly).
5.When not using this device for a long time, please put the accessories into the accessory box to ensure that the accessories can be found smoothly when used again.
6.Product heating produces a high temperature, so heating components should avoid contact with skin.
7.Please pay attention to the use of the environment, away from inflammable and explosive goods.
8.If the thickness of the acrylic plate exceeds 6mm, two heaters can be used to heat up and down simultaneously.
9.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
