Poor image quality. Advertised as 4k, but in reality the video format is 720p and the encoding quality is closer to 360p.
Focus cannot be adjusted, which makes it impossible to observe details.
No zoom available on the windows application; only digital zoom is available on the mobile app.
The v380 pro app for windows is not user-friendly at all. I encountered many bugs (unresponsive controls) and several crashes in less than 24 hours of use. Some settings, like the time zone, cannot be configured in the windows version and require using the mobile version.
The mobile version seems more stable and complete, but the french translation is often completely wrong, making it hard or even impossible to understand some menus. There are also ads promoting the purchase of a premium version.
In summary, i wasn’t expecting much, but i’m still disappointed.
