Good product, very quiet fan.
Running this perfectly fine as a ubuntu media server.

Don't be fooled th unking the massive fan will make it silent, on the contrary, it is quite noisy.
If it becomes noiser over time i'll certainly replace it with one from noctua.
The handbook is useless, it doesn't tell you how to enter bios, you'll need to press f7 at boot for that.
It works perfectly under linux and with its gpu supported under blender it makes it a perfect small and powerful computer;
Led can be switch off with the press of abutton, good thing as they are very distrubing.
On the other hand, there's a big wifi problem as soon as I move more than 5m away from the box.
The PC is powerful especially with the addition of a 16GB 5600 RAM stick.

I have installed a second ram module and it's much faster for gaming, etc.
The negative point is the wifi: the chosen module is not great and the antennas are placed very poorly, making the wireless bandwidth a joke.
The ethernet rj45 connection works fine.

Just either inform your customers if there is delay or give realistic promises from start. I'm pretty sure most of us don't care if it takes you bit longer to send these, if seller gives the information beforehand.
Product itself is well worth the price. Not much info of the expansion slots in the description or in the pictures. There is 2 nvme slots and second slot of ram module (comes with 1x16gb module).
