Assembly & Safety Check
Follow the included assembly instructions. Ensure all bolts, handlebars, pedals, and other components are securally installed and strained before your first ride.

Early Charging
Fully charges your e-bike before first use. Avoid driving with low battery to maintain battery health.

Safe charging guidelines
Power off the e-bike before charging. Plug the charger into the bike first, then into the wall socket. Use only the original HALO KnIGHT charger. After charging, unplug from the plug first, then disconnect from the bike. Avoid metal contact with the charging ports to event short circuits.

Pe-Ride Review & Riding Mode Family
Inspect the brakes, tires, drivetrain, and Display before each ride. Begin with lower assist levels or gears until you are comfortable with the e-bike’s functions.

Controller Protection (for High-Power Dual-Drive E-Bikes)
If your HALO KnIGHT e-bike features dual-drive gold high-power motors, use dual motor mode when climate Hill or ride at high speeds to avoid overloading the rear controller. Prolonged single-drive use under high load may cause overheating.

Avoid Altering Display Settings
Do not modify the P-settings or system parameters on your LCD Display unless instructed. Improper changes may affect performance and empty the warranty.

Battery Maintenance
Do not allow the battery to fully discharge. Charge regular if the bike is unused (every 1-2 months), and store the battery with 30%-80% charge to preserve long-term health.
