For the price it's very good, you also don't have to worry about any fires, the battery & charger have really good quality, i took them apart to check.
The only downside is that there are no gears, you can pedal up to about 18km/h but after that you need to pedal so fast that it's not possible, so it's only the motor powering it.
Mine came with one pedal broken and the seller sent my replacement parts without question, excellent support.
All in all i'm very satisfied, for €295 it's great, and delivery was very fast.
In short, everyone knows what they do with their money, but I don't know where the ratings from other people could have come from.
For the rest, well at the moment I've been driving for 4 kilometers, everything is okay.

Let’s talk power. This bike took me up a hill so steep. I didn’t even break a sweat—the design? Sleek like a stealth jet, but with more personality. People stop me on the street. One guy asked if i was a tech billionaire. I told him, “no sir, just a proud owner of the eb1.”
The battery lasts longer than my attention span (which is saying something), and the ride is smoother than jazz on a sunday morning. Brakes? Responsive like my mom texting back in 0.3 seconds when i say “emergency.”
Only downside? Now my car is jealous. Hasn’t been touched in weeks. I think it’s filing for abandonment.
