Part is missing from box and item is not very good

The sander was delivered in packaging retrieved from a trash bin.
The protective air bubbles were “empty”.
The sander is covered with dust. I had to clean it entirely with a cloth and a blower.
The sander is not working properly, the chuck forces when turned by hand.
The third gear does not work.
I will look into a refund because I don’t plan to use this machine that will break in my hands soon, there’s no doubt about it, especially given the noise of metalwork. I made a video to compare the copy and the original Makita, there is no photo. Unable to load it.
