The only issue I encountered was that the plug was not European.

8 wired areas, easy to use,
At the moment there is an error in the alarm... the wired mermaid does not come.
I have counted on them and they have told me how to do it, and I have to solder a connector and place a relay to have the siren cableed. . . . . In the end. . . I know how to do it but other people don't and it looks like a good alarm and this darks it. . . . . When I have it at 100% I will tell you. . . .
For a wired configuration, 8 separate wire zones provided, with custom configuration - Great, cool!!
Configuring wifi required the mobile application - What happens after changing a password on wifi is still a mistery to me.
Also, some standard features of wired-configuration are missing:
1) A sensor-tamper functionality not supported (no wiring for it present, no configuration parameters). Multi-resistor-based tamper configuration on my PIR isn't recognized by this unit.
2) No information documented does unit supports/require the resistors, either the standard ones either the EOL ones. Had to reconfigure my existing PIRs to work with this unit.
3) No sensor-testing functionality supported (nothing found in either the user-manual either in configuration). Function AKA walk through house and unit reports which sensor is activated (without triggering the alarm).
