   Very easy to install, it uses 3 AAA batteries for power, perfect for not having to use an electrical cable. You can download the instruction manual with the QR code that comes with the thermostat, very easy to set up even if you're a bit clumsy. A good purchase, now I can adjust the temperature from anywhere at any time, since sometimes you change your plans, and wasting heat while not at home is a waste of money.

   Thermostat is of good quality for the price and does the work. Wifi also works fine and app is very usefull especially when programming schedules..
   What i would add is battery info in the app and especially usefull would be increments of 0.1 on hysterisis as current 0.5 gives a dead zone of a full 1 degree which results in a cold feel in the house..

   Nothing to say. Perfect for its price! !! The ability to connect the Tuya account to two phones, allowing the couple to control it remotely together. Works perfectly with the 3 batteries, no need to plug it into the mains, which is quite positive. No temperature deviation compared to my old thermostat, and if it does happen, it can be adjusted up to a 9.9-degree deviation. The application is in French, which helps a lot with all the settings. For the negative points, at the moment I can only mention one (the screen does not stay on permanently), otherwise I recommend it 1000% given the price, knowing that in the market for this type of product you would have to pay 4 times more. I hope my comment can help future buyers. Just a small clarification: at my place, it works for a gas boiler ;)

   The item has just arrived and installed as first turned on it works well everything as described the good thing is it can be used both with stylus and with a dedicated USB-C cable the programming was simple done first with smartlife and then approved for Alexa … the ambient temperature does not really reflect it is off by about 2°C but it's not a problem because there is the possibility to calibrate the actual temperature from the app The rating I can give is the maximum of 5 stars hoping not to regret it in the future (RECOMMENDED) for future buyers

   The white version turns off the backlight after a few seconds, the black version does not turn off the screen (lits continuously, but can be configured to be off, as well). Wifi connection works, date/time are syncronised automatically. I did not tried with battery, only usb power supply is tried. Aftet usb power outage, the wifi configuration is stored, and date/time are also remained correct. So far so good, highly recommended both color versions.
