The power port was broken; probably from transportation. The refund was swith and smooth. No stress.
The number of times that the doorbell rings cannot be controlled.
Every time somebody rings the bell it rings 15 times each time which is very frustrating, especially at night.
There's a setting for the ring which is set in seconds but it doesn't work.
You cannot reduce the number of times that the doorbell rings.
Other than the above nuisance, the machine is a pretty cool gizmo.
Another minor problem is the microphonic sound that occurs if the monitor and the external unit are too close.
This product is easy to install, practical and economical. Due to the price it has, it is difficult to find something similar. Its operation is quite good, it allows me to open the remote reception door when someone calls, for example, to receive packages. Additionally, it has motion detection, which allows you to record everything that happens in front of the door, recording both before and after movement is detected. Also record all doorbell calls and take screenshots efficiently.
It is important to note that you must use anti-interference cables if you do not want the video signal to be affected.
