Shipment

1. The goods will be sent within 5 days once your payment has been verified.
2. We do not accept PO BOX addresses, and only ship to confirmed order addresses, your order address must match your shipping address, ordered item and shipping address can’t be changed after item shipped.
3. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available.
4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
5. Shipment from China might come with additional Custom Fees, VAT, Brokerage Fees, Taxes & Remote Area Fees, please to learn about your country’s custom policies, ANRAN is not responsible for those charges.
6. If the package is detained after arriving at the customs of the destination country, the buyer needs to go through customs clearance procedures. If you encounter any problems with customs clearance, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you with customs clearance procedures!

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, which is activated upon receipt. If the product itself is proved to be defective within the warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any incidental, accidental or indirect losses arising from the use of the customer and losses caused by natural disasters.
Warranty products will be carried out in accordance with the following rules:
1. Free replacement within 1 month after receiving the goods.
2. Pay the shipping fee for the warranty product within 2-6 months after receiving the goods.
3. Pay 50% of the price of the warranty product within 7-12 months after receiving the goods.
