The video card works. The product arrived boxed and bagged, but the bag was open and the seal broken.
The bracket attaching to the case was bent at the screw mounting point, I had to fix it myself (see photo).
The product does not look new but a very good used refurbished.

So far i have tested one of two ordered graphic cards. I had previously installed nvidia original drivers and my pc recognized new gpu on the first boot up. New gpu has ga106 lhr chip.
Furmark 2 test results are for this rtx 3060 card (2560×1440) 75 fps and 4512 points. I am very satisfied with the gpu.
